The BLOOM Series is a new local showcase series and brainchild of indie-pop favourite, Tiarne. Bringing in musicians who resonate with one another to create an atmospheric blend you can get lost in, this week’s show features talented songsmiths Dear Sol, Couching Tiger (previously Tape Masters), John Keenan, Quiet Achiever (Jeremy Newell Music) and Tiarne herself.

With truly epic line-ups each year, Brisbane annual Blues, Roots, Rock and Stoner Rock event Mojo Burning aims to provide a positive cultural force, uniting genre acts who independently and without mainstream help achieve success through working hard, touring hard and playing hard.

This year, the 5th instalment, sees the organisers putting together a band competition for acts to gain a potential spot at the coveted event come April 14 plus more. This first round of competition will feature Spook Hill, Stray Dog Saviours, Bailey Rivera, Odysseus Reborn, Whyte Widow and The Dagwood Dogs.
