One look at the intimate, BYO experience Red Deer Arts & Music Festival is offering and you’ll understand why the big festival experience we’re all used to, is on borrowed time.
Since 2010, Brisbane music lovers have enjoyed the spacious and high quality festival experience that is Red Deer. This year will be no exception, with an ambitious line up of local and international talents taking to the stage to entertain audiences with 12 hours of live music.
Red Deer Fest kicks off at Mt Samson, tomorrow 3 October, and here’s three reasons to be there:
There’s a lot of love for local Brisbane talent
Brisbane artists dominate the Red Deer Festival line up. Here’s your chance to see some of Brisbane’s hottest acts including Hey Geronimo, We All Want To, WAAX, Ayla and Cheap Fakes…just to name a few.
It’s completely BYO
Say what? Yes, COMPLETELY BYO! You can bring your own tent to camp in, your own couch to chill out on, and *drumroll* your own eskie full of all your favourite beverages. There will also be a range of food and drinks available for purchase, but if you’re trying to save money, Red Deer’s BYO option has your back!
There’s plenty of room to move
Forget being crammed up against thousands of other festival goers. Set in a natural amphitheatre at the bottom of the D’Aguilar range, there’s plenty of room to move and relax at Red Deer Fest. Plus you have the added bonus of beautiful scenery – pure bliss!
