If you like people watching and catchy tunes, or better yet – people watching while listening to catchy tunes, then Sera’s new single Silhouette will get you in the groove.

A pop and disco inspired number that will get your feet moving, Silhouette is all about watching the world go by and enjoying the simple things in life.

Silhouette is about people watching. You know when you’re idly drinking a coffee and watching people go about their own lives. I find that very peaceful to just sit and watch but it’s also a good reminder to making sure I stay connected with friends and family,” said lead singer Eloise Mitchell.

Already making a name for themselves with their first two singles Doubt Around Me and Write A Story, Sera are only just getting started with plans to record their debut EP later this year.

“We’re so keen to get back into the studio and have some fun! We’ve just started pre-production on our first EP and have locked in the recording dates. We couldn’t be happier!”

In the meantime, Silhouette is here to keep your ears company!

SERA’S ‘MUST HAVE’ PEOPLE WATCHING ACCESSORIES BY ELOISE MITCHELL

  1. A warm drink. Whether it be tea, coffee or a hot chocolate, the idea is to be cosy and settled so you can really enjoy the people watching.  I highly recommend Reverends Coffee and Cafe Cherry Bean for your beverage.
  2. Work. Because people watching is best enjoyed when you’ve got something else you’re meant to be doing. This also counts if you brought a book to read.
  3. Sunglasses. Because sometimes the seating is outside and people can tell that you’re watching them. This is a must for public transport people watching.

All these things I’ve got, I know I don’t wanna be alone,
Your face, I see it’s barely made of stone,
City lights laid before the morning light,
But here in the dark it’s hard not to get a fright,
I fear it all, mistakes to close to forget,
I fear it all, these things they aim to make me fail.
My heart___,
Can you see me, can you look into my heart?
My heart___,
Can you see me, can you look into my heart?
City streets alive, see all the people come and go,
You stand still and feel the motion of it all,
But then they go home, their day is at an end,
And all you feel is a feint silhouette of a moment come and gone,
I fear it all, all good things must end,
I fear it all, these things they aim to make me fail.
My heart___,
Can you see me, can you look into my heart?
My heart___,
Can you see me, can you look into my heart?
My heart___,
Can you see me, can you look into my heart?
My heart___,
Can you see me, can you look into my heart?
My heart___,
Can you see me, can you look into my heart?
My heart___,
Can you see me, can you look into my heart?
My heart___,
Can you see me, can you look into my heart?
My heart___,
Can you see me, can you look into my heart? (Look into my heart)
