Funny bones at the ready! Innes’ The Donald Train Part I is the song and music video the world desperately needs to see.
Described as a “techno-hillbilly, satirical song about the USA’s President Elect, Donald Trump,” the video has everything from “Donald” shaking his booty to losing his shirt-stuffed pot belly, and quasi-moon walking.
Hailing from Aberdeen, Scotland but now a Queensland native, folk-electronica artist Innes loves stirring the pot musically. From folk-roots to metal and bluegrass to electronica, Innes’ musical past tells a vast story.
A practicing GP by day, Innes independently shot and edited the The Donald Train Part I music video in a back room behind his surgery. It’s one of the first singles (alongside single Green Morning) released from his forthcoming solo album Bits, which drops in February 2017.
